BLOWFLY [rogue] chambourcin '05: bring on the crackling! big & bold with a bright acidity that cuts through the fat & envelopes the succulent pork in sweet berry intensity.
BLOWFLY shiraz '09: a lighter shade of shiraz. bright & fruity with plenty of spice.
BLOWFLY petit verdot '06: steaks are on the bbq, & you need some spice. dark, bold & peppery, this petit verdot prefers medium-rare.
MAELSTROM '08: a party in bottle. Rich, dark & fruity—who needs Xmas pudding?! if you still have greenbottle left add ⅒ Maelstrom for sublime red bubbles to pair with the turkey. cousin gazza's bought a bottle of rough stuff from the clean skin bin? Maelstrom makes it better. don't believe us? it's not nicknamed the 'wine pimpenator' for nothing.
